Pessimists Aloud: S.F. Feels Good Without a Mask

After everything we learned from the 1918 pandemic, you'd think objections to mask mandates would have disappeared. But this episode of Pessimists Aloud proves the debate is alive and well, unlike the 800,000 Americans who have died during Covid.

I loved performing the voice of Miss Annie Laurie, even though what she says is diametrically opposed to my own beliefs, not to mention the facts regarding the efficacy of masks. Perhaps in hearing her absurdity, we can more easily hear it in the rhetoric we encounter today.

Watch the video for a preview of the ep and to see Ms. Laurie's photo come to life!

As always, learn how much things change... and how much they don't in the Pessimists Archive newsletter or listen to the podcast.
